I really hope you will enjoy reading my blog and I hope it will reach out to people who are struggling in life. Remember you are not alone. We are here. We exist. Reach out and ask for help. Life should be a great story not a prison. Be your own hero or life coach. I would like to share a few ideas for self-improvement as a guide. The idea of transforming yourself into a better person can be a challenge but it’s the challenge itself that will transform you. Everything is hard before they become easy.
Think positive everyday on a positive note. Start small at first, like making your bed, then move on to other things. Make a list of all the things you can accomplish, dream big. Work your way up the list. Let the momentum drive you forward as you take on bigger things, but do not forget to pat yourself on the back for what you’ve accomplished. Finish what you have started, whether it is finishing a book, a home project or getting the chores done. You can get an instant gratification looking at what you have completed. It’s never too late to try new things and see to the end of it.
Learn to leave your comfort bubble or face your fears. Doubt and fear kills dreams. Confronting them is a way to challenge yourself in doing what you are afraid of. This drive allows yourself to grow, but it must be something hard to do. Place at least an hour a day in exercising. The benefits are wonderful. It helps fight depression and not only will you feel stronger, but healthier. You will look good and feel good. As you exercise your body, take the time to exercise your mind. Meditation helps your battle your inner demons (depression, anxiety, etc.) Meditation allows you to let go of all that you have been holding on to.
